The User Menu is accessed by clicking the 
icon in the top-right corner of the application. The drop-down menu includes:
- User Display Name
- Application Use Case - Tenant Display Name
- Profile
- Help
- Application Reset
- Logout
- Dark Mode
- Version Number
The Profile menu displays your:
- Display name
- Email address
- Assigned User Role
- Contract ID (unique identifier for your account)
From the Profile menu, you can also reset your password.
Help → Application Reset
The Application Reset option forces a sync of your account in case of network disturbances.
⚠️ Warning: Un-synced updates will be lost during reset. This primarily impacts offline users. A confirmation prompt is shown before proceeding.
Logout
Logs you out of the application and returns you to the Login screen.
Dark Mode
Enables dark mode, inverting the color scheme of the application.
Version Number
Displays the current RedBeam software version. This value updates automatically with new releases.
