Asset History

The Asset History report documents all changes made to assets, the Users who made the changes, when the changes happened, and the Type of changes made.

The types of changes recorded include:

Add
- Data additions
- Barcode Entry (scanned vs manually entered)
Update
- Changes to preexisting asset data
- Changes to inventory state (Unfound vs Found)
Clear
- Removal of preexisting asset data
- Removal of previous inventory inclusion criteria data
Add to
- When an asset is added to an inventory
Close
- Closing of an active inventory

This report can be filtered by the Asset ID, User and by date/time range.
