The first thing that you will need to do in RedBeam is add your assets. This will allow you to create your inventory, and then start working. In order to add your assets into the system you will first need to make sure that your asset data is saved in an Excel .csv or .xlsx spreadsheet. You will then go to the Assets page in your RedBeam account. Click the import button at the top of the screen. Now in the import screen you will need to upload your data file. Once you have that file uploaded you will need to align it with the columns below and deselect any unnecessary column. Once you have all of the columns organized appropriately you are ready to import. The last thing that you will have to do is click on the import button. Now you will just need to wait as your assets and asset data is imported into your RedBeam account. Now that you have successfully imported your data, you are ready to begin taking your inventory and using the RedBeam application.
