RedBeam 2-13-26 Release Notes

Updated User Interface: The RedBeam platform now features a refreshed interface with an updated color scheme and improved visual consistency. Forms and data fields have been realigned for cleaner spacing and easier readability, helping users navigate and input information more efficiently.

Collapsible Navigation Menu: The left-hand navigation menu can now be collapsed to provide more workspace when reviewing records, running reports, or performing audits. Users can expand or collapse the menu at any time depending on their workflow preference.

New Mobile Function – Mass Update: Users can scan multiple existing assets using barcode or RFID and update one or more attributes across all scanned items at once. This significantly reduces the time required to update asset details during field operations.

Customizable Asset Naming: Users can now rename the term Assets within the system to better match their organization’s terminology. For example, Assets can be renamed to Equipment, Tools, Devices, or any other preferred label.

Customizable Location Names: The default location hierarchy (Company, Building, Room) can now be customized. Organizations can rename these fields to match their operational structure, such as Site, Department, Warehouse, Floor, or other location identifiers.
